***The Eyes Have It***
Dry eyes may be the cause of headaches, eye fatigue, blurred vision when reading, burning, “glassy” look.........
Although I do have allergies, and they are often the cause of my eyes feeling irritated, what I didn't know is that a more chronic problem was causing so many of the symptoms I described. On the days I didn't have allergy symptoms there were still issues that needed to to be addressed. The one that affects what I do for a living - is red eyes. being blurry-eyed in scenes the character is not crying in, is not very attractive! Some days my vision would be so irritated, I actually thought I might need Lasik surgery. Thank God
Check with an ophthalmologist for a getting an eye drop that has changed the way my eyes feel. I had no idea how “normal” should be.
RESTASIS (Cyclosporine Opthamalic Emulsion) 0.05% is a prescription eye drop that comes in little individual dose bulbs. You have to keep it in the fridge, and it is instilled in each eye morning and evening.
