Since we know we are free to make our own choices with how we live our lives, we can be happy in that liberty. For women here in America, it is legal to make choices about how you handle your forms of birth control and child bearing.
My purpose with this foundation is to help those mothers who have CHOSEN to keep their CHILD. If you have a child, you can relate to the financial burdens that accompany the choice to bring that child into the world. Most all of the grants we give are for teen pregnancy homes, and educational endeavors for abstinence in inner cities. Being partial American Indian, my heart is also for much needed help for teens in reservations.
My book MAKING A MIRACLE shares my experiences as a mother. I go into detail about my battle against Melrose Place after being fired for becoming pregnant. I also take you through my personal spiritual journey, and how an awakening I had prepared me for the birth of my youngest child Katya, who was diagnosed with the most rapid growing, fatal cancer, Retinoblastoma, at the age of three months.
