***The C WORD that cancer hates***
Science 101: All cells must have nutrition that enters into the cell, in order to divide and feed itself.
Cell Structure

Vitamin C (ascorbate) has been proven to have the power to reduce cancerous cell in a study (Cameron and Campbell, 2001) that increased the average survival time of cancer patients.
It was discovered that there is a positive correlation between the plasma vitamin C levels of patients and their survival time, via vitamin C supplementation.
In a study involving cancer cells in a cultured media, the increase of cancer cells were inhibited when vitamin C was added. (Leung, et al., 1993, Riordan, et al,. 1995, Koh, et al., 1998, Netke, et al., 2003, Harakeg, et al., 2004).

Go Green
EGCG - is the principal component of green tea that shows powerful ability to starve cancer cells. Studies have shown it to be able to control the development of blood vessels that cancer cells have the ability to “call ” to themselves for nutrition. This unique ability cancer cells have are what helps the cancerous cells proliferate healthy tissues - basically, assisting them to create complex networks of blood vessels that make invading healthy cells starve and surrender to the quickly dividing cancer cells. EGCG also seems to prevent the migration of HUVEC through Matrigel membrane (Harakeh, et al., a,b). Green Tea Extract (GTE) has been proven to inhibit cancer growth by 58%
NUTRIENT SYNERGY
The unusual proteins on cancer cell membranes are what presents a problem for healthy cells to be overtaken. The outer membrane of unhealthy cells must become weakened in order to destroy them. In other words, it is important to supply the body with compounds involving concentrated levels of specific nutrients, amino acids, and minerals in order for healthy cells to decode, recognize, and disable the invaders. There are new options for the treatment of cancer that are WORTH investigating and gaining more knowledge about - such as the administration of Vitamin C, EGCG, Lycine, Proline, N-Acetyl Cystine, Selenium, Cooper, Maganese, and Arginine.
Dr. Mattias Rath, M.D. worked with the late two-time Nobel Prize Laureate, Linus Pauling, and has published several research documents on the use of nutrients in the control of cancer. His work includes research on other chronic conditions, including atherosclerosis. You can find more valuable information at
